Dr. Axel Kwet (born 1965) is working at the Natural History Museum Stuttgart, Germany. He deposited many recordings of anurans of South Brazil and Uruguay in the FZ; images and sounds are also found on his webpage. He is vice-president of the German Herpetological Society (DGHT: http://www.dght.de) and his main interests are Neotropical and European anurans.
