Dr. John Cossel is a Professor of Biology at Northwest Nazarene University, Nampa, Idaho.
He has had a lifelong interest in studying organisms in their natural environments and was always drawn to the "creepy crawlies" of the animal kingdom, particularly the combined taxa of amphibians and reptiles (herpetofauna)
